That may be all i need. The top of my left shoulder is hurting today because i slept most of the night on my left side. If this pillow "comforts your shoulder area", then i gotta at least try it. Here i was thinking some expensive pillow with exotic feathers. But maybe it's the shape of the pillow that will do the trick. Thanks! I was a massage therapist for 25 years, specializing in neck issues..... also worked for a chiropractor for many years. I sleep best on my left side, too, and a pillow like this is really helpful for my various structural issues. Good luck!
