Who am I to disagree?
I travel the world and the seven seas
Everybody's looking for something
Some of them want to use you
Some of them want to get used by you
Some of them want to abuse you
Some of them want to be abused
(Ooh) Hey, hey
(Ooh) Ah-ha-oh
Sweet dreams are made of this
Who am I to disagree?
I travel the world and the seven seas
Everybody's looking for something
(Ooh) Ha, ha
(Ooh) Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Hold your head up
Keep your head up (Movin' on)

Sweet dreams are
I just wish it hadn't been overplayed to death on commercial radio.
For me, commercial radio is dead. This song isn't.
This needs some minor tweaks:
Sweet dreams are made of cheese
Who am I to diss a Brie
I travel the world in a Feta cheese
Everybody's looking for Stilton
(stolen from someone commenting on radioparadise)
this just made me choke on water, thanks
Sweet dreams are made of cheese
Who am I to dis a Brie
I cheddar the world and a Feta cheese
Everybody's looking for Stilton

Yes, she is classically trained :)
In flute, piano and harpsichord.

-------till here from the internets---------------
Some cheese wants to be Bleu, too
Some cheese wants to be Buchette d'Anjou
Some cheese wants to be cubed
Some cheese will be braided by you
Sweet dreams are made of cheese
Colby or Chevre, if you please
I ferment the milk and then I squeeze
Everybody needs penicillium
Mold is better, on the rind
Mold is better, leaves taste behind
Mold is better, cheese is confined
Mold is better, use my enzymes
Some cheese ought to be grated
No cheese should be ammoniated
Some cheese will always be hated
No cheese wants to be called rancid
Sweet dreams are made of cheese
Casein and rennet curdle it with ease
Whey from the curds it eventually frees
The best cheese comes from Wisconsin
Had the pleasure of seeing the Eurythmics live at Hammersmith in London as they were touring this album. Annie totally dominated the stage and captivated us all. Never seen anyone so bewitching.

Some of them want Maredsous
Some of them want the Remoudou
Some of them want a Geitost
Some of them want the Danish Blue
OK, NOW you have blown my mind this morning! FAVE DUO OF ALL TIME. Seen them more times than I can remember. Yep, cut, shaved and dyed my hair orange and nearly got kicked out of the house as a rebellious teen.
FAB.
This woman OWNED any stage she appeared on.
FAB.
First: Oh not again!
Second (after scrolling through the comments): Yes, it is actually a great voice, great song.
Third: But I really heard it much too much - it's overplayed to death. I'd love to hear other Eurythmics songs like "Here comes the Rain Again" or "Who's That Girl"
I like ALL of those tunes!! ...Play 'em all!!
I better enjoyed Dave Stewart's first two solo albums.
Saw the Eurythmics back in the 1980s, and boy could this woman stalk a stage.
Me too at the Kingswood Music Theatre 1984. Might have been the best sound I ever heard especially just Annie Dave and his guitar for a good chunk of the show.
Yes. I did worry about implying that. I've edited the post.
Dave Stewart = Creative Genius
Annie + Dave = Eurythmics
me = happy
You do know they co-wrote most of their songs, don't you? Annie wasn't just the front-woman.
Oh god, please no. Not again. Not ever again.
PSD, Baybee!

This song has aged well!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks so. I think Lennox is great but boy do I abhor Eurythmics music. It would be interesting to hear this song without the synths.

Probably either "Truly" by Lionel Richie (okay, I guess) or "Gloria" by Laura Branigan (somewhat better)...
LLRP :)

No, it's the album version. Our ears are used to hearing the radio edit.
More PSD, less drama.
Might I suggest the pencil in the ear instead? I'm at an 8 on this one, yes I grew up with this on the airwaves and yet I still enjoy it...Long Live RP!!
Impressive DJ-ing.
And Manson is too 90s lameness.
use PSD if it bothers you
And this had to be posted 8 times why exactly??
Server glitch...

Dave Stewart wrote the music to that one.
Sounds like a personal problem there, mate!
And not one that I share.
You can go ahead and get over it at ANY time. ;-)
That's unusual, you hating music.
Agree... this is a textbook example of how to f**k up a perfectly good song
So good!
This version rocks.
