Putumayo: A New Groove Because it's Gabriel Rios, I feel the need to give it a 6 right out of the gate. I'll listen to the entire song and then adjust my rating (or not) accordingly. 
Tasteless piece of music. Music is about impression or expression and this song lacks both.
