This song just followed Depeche Mode's Policy of Truth, and it really loses out in comparison. It has a lot of the elements, but the combination just doesn't hold together.
Argentina does African? Anyway, good rhythms.

This is a spanish word. Lagarto in spanish means lizard. Lagartijeando means something like "being a lizard" or "acting like a lizard"

Woh - this is odd... Compelling rhythms though. Turned it up for now
