Here's another sunday morning call
You hear your head-a-bangin' on the door
Slip your shoes on and then out you crawl
Into a day that couldn't give you more
But what for

And in your head do you feel
What you're not supposed to feel
And you take what you want
But you don't get it for free
You need more time
'Cause your thoughts and words won't last forever more
And I'm not sure
If it'll ever work out right
But it's okay
It's all right

When you're lonely and you start to hear
The little voices in your head at night
You will only sniff away the tears
So you can dance until the mornin' light
At what price

And in your head do you feel
What you're not supposed to feel
And you take what you want
But you won't get it for free
You need more time
Because your thoughts and words won't last forever more
And I'm not sure
If it'll ever work out right
It's okay
It's all right

And in your head do you feel
What you're not supposed to feel
And you take what you want
But you won't get hope for free
You need more time
Because your thoughts and words won't last forever more
And I'm not sure
If it'll ever ever ever work out right
If it'll ever ever ever work out right
Will it ever ever ever work out right

Underappreciated later track that showcases Noel's songwriting talents.

Obviously not their best track. Noel on vocals, blaaaaah!
To the contrary --- Noel's voice is less cutting than Liam's. It gives the band and this tune a different flavor from the Liam stuff.
I like how this is different for them, more keyboard based, I didn't recognize it was Oasis at all. But the essential good musical composition and playing is there-- these guys know how to write a good song and cut a good record, two skills many bands lack.
Oasis probably have some good songs, but their image has been spoilt a little for me having seen some of their video things in which the musicians looked at least dour, sour, and arrogant, if not down right angry...at what
A great song! Noel sounds amazing when he plays acoustic shows.
notice is sounds like words by the bee gees?
