dear god what crap
I would have to say I don\'t relish hearing more CC stuff on RP but I\'m enjoying this track.
While I agree with most of the sentiments below regarding the melancholy nature of Counting Crows\' work, for some reason, I like the juxtaposition of the wah guitar and banjo. Nice audio engineering, IMHO.
QUIT PLAYING THIS BLOODY SONG.

Love the banjo sound in this song!!!
not a bad song, but it\'s not going to make me run out and buy the album.
Maybe download a couple songs...
yeah yeah, a lot of cc sounds whiny, but this ROCKS! come on...

I really shouldn't like it.

Damn.
It's also the same as all the other tracks.
But as Bryce, I like it too. (I like the album as well, but usually feel to embarrassed to admit it)
Do you think I need some kind of therapy?me too :)

As always when I hear Counting Crows latest dreck, I am set to wondering: is Adam Duritz the most repulsive thing in the universe, or just one of the most repulsive?
If you ever have a chance to see them Live, take it. Amazing concert this past weekend.

Totally agree.

Glad you like it, BigDog!

personally I can\'t stand counting crows...bad vocalist, uninteresting songs. they do seem to get a lot of airtime on radio paradise than I would prefer. I turn down the volume when they\'re on
the banjo is definitely counting crows style. great song, and album.
Banjo? Nice touch. Great to hear something fresh (and a little heavier) from the Counting Crows.
I don't know if the wa-wa really helps... but the crows are really under-appreciated.. they are near the top of my list of 'thinking rock' in modern (top40) rock bands...
well at least at this second

More whine and cheese...
I like this one...a lot! I heard it here on RP last Tuesday, and immediately went to download it from KaZaA. I have been noticing more & more \"red herrings\" put up on KaZaA (& imagine they are on other, similar sites). I downloaded what I thought was the same song I had just heard, but instead it was the same recycled instrumental beginning of the song (4 minutes of it). It actually sounded very cool, but I still had to keep searching for the real version. This seems to be happening a lot with newer music. The new Bruce, Sheryl Crow, Indigo Girls, just to name a few.
Wahoo, I like this one a lot better than the other two being played.

Yea, though it seems a bit out of place.
Great counting crows. Refreshing. I hope we dont over play it.
The CD is called Hard Candy - not Rock Candy!
All in all, it\'s a pretty good disc. The secret song(Big Yellow Taxi), at the end of the disc is an excellent cover.
