The global anthem of those who love their ears tickled! 🎧
I dated someone that told me there were still hard feelings in their family years later about what they called, The Didgeridoo Incident.
Quite likable indeed.

Is this what you meant to play?
Ecstatic dance DJ's use Ganga Giri in their sets. Much more dynamic recorded than in person.
Thanks Bill
Everyone in my office is wondering what the hell I'm listening to.....

This reminds me very strongly of Purple Tiki by Captain Bogg and Salty
Nooooo!
I was just strumming that awesome Leland Sklar bass line on my acoustic from the song before this, Carry On, by CSNY and this song faded in - dang if the bass line from Carry On didn't fit perfectly to this odd song. Perhaps a hint on Bill does his amazing segues?

Got to see Ganga Gini last summer at Vancouver Folk Fest, excellent dance music!
Shpongle has colonized Australia...
Liked it...and I detected a sample in there from Renaissance album...I think the track was Plastico but not 100% on that....but deffo a sample from a track on that triple album.
I had to use "mute"...
I love the music too, sometimes it is the right time to listen to it!! Like NOW!! Thx Bill
Awesome stuff!!!
But Bill, if you're going this route, you should look into African Head Charge.

Blech. Sounds like it was made in some teens basement with $50.00 loop software.

I see this cut has comments going back to 2004, mostly negative. I totally agree. With all this listener response, how does it keep getting recycled? There's so much good music that this station never approaches to fill the time, if you only explore. Lazy, Lazy, Lazy!
Wow! My country but never heard of Ganga Giri. Thanks Bill.

this track kind illustrates the difference between music that's good to listen to (for instance, calexico, or REM, which we just heard) and music that's good to hear (like this lovely ambient groove).

This is the only song out of this set that I have found interesting so far. Could it be the name of the artiste?

Only positive comments will be looked upon, this is the best song ever!!!! Really it is!!!
Just home from the finale of the Montreal Jazzfest and the Cirque de Soleil performance and this song sounds exactly like some of the accompanying music to the highwire stuff. A fiiting end for my night but I can see how ya'll would be a whirling dervish if you had to listen to this for too long.

if you're looking for something deep.. or some melody to mellow out to.. then you're obviously going to rate this poorly. i think more people should listen to each sound (yes, and the repetition of everything..) and appreciate it for what it is. this is a good song to have on if you're preoccupied with something.
