Thinkin' back, thinkin' of you
Summertime, think it was June
Yeah, think it was June

Laying back, head on the grass
Chewing gum, having some laughs
Yeah, having some laughs

You made me feel like the one
Made me feel like the one
The one

You made me feel like the one
Made me feel like a
The one

Drinking back, drinking for two
Drinking with you
When drinking was new

Sleeping in the back of my car
We never went far
Didn't need to go far

You made me feel like the one
You made me feel like the one
The one

You made me feel like the one
You made me feel like the one
The one

I don't know where we are going now
I don't know where we are going now

Wake up call, coffee and juice
Rememberin' you
What happened to you?

I wonder if we we'll meet again
Talk about life since then
Talk about why did it end

You made me feel like the one
You made me feel like the one
The one

You made me feel like the one
You made me feel like the one
The one

I don't know where we are going now
I don't know where we are going now

So take a look at me now (Repeat 16 times)

So take a look at me now, now

I am sorry sir... would you prefer something from the Jazz collections?  How about a little number from "Mel Torme"

ACK!!  I am color blind, what do those lines mean?
Ziggy's  Punk Rocker would go well with this song.

That's not saying that much, given the lineup!

Absolutely

Just call 1-800-ABC... wait what?  Yeah I can't spell that.
Did Dave G / the Foos steal this vibe?? They are better than the Foos
Hooverphonic to Stereophonics? Please God not Hooked on Phonics.
Saw them last year in Zürich at the Volkshaus, they are the Phonics!

This song makes me feel young again...
Good pairing with Arcade Fire, except these guys rock!
Weird how songs bring you back in time...I remember driving across the St. Johns River in downtown Jacksonville heading to a girl's house with this song blasting.
{#Devil_pimp}YEP zesty still !
Still good after all these years
Love Streophonics! How about also playing Handbag And Gladrags?
If you did, you would realize that the Foo Fighters were hanging out with Arcade Fire... Bert7 wrote:

song's damn good imo!  (even like the look of that album cover, much like Herve Half, an artist who does or did stripe paintings : )

I can't.  This song gave me a headache in my eye.

Yeah, feeling this today
Great band. Underrated in my opinion. A great 8 from me.
Song grabs me — I don't recognize yet that it's Stereophonics. Loved them since the first moment I heard Kelly's voice in "Smells Like Chaplin" on local high school radio ....... c. 1999
Cool memories come along with hearing this one, for sure...  I was installed in a stone farmhouse near Santa Fiora, in the Monte Amiata region of Tuscany for three months, from mid-Jan to mid-April of 2005...the only radio station I could get clearly was one from Rome, and even that one sometimes came and went...this song had just broken onto the music scene, and it was played at least twice a day or more...and yet it never seemed to bore me.  It's really got a rocking pulse, a strident groove, and good lyrics.  Thanks, RP for bringing all that back and keeping it alive for me!
Love this!! Love them. How come I never heard it before? No one (recent) does good old RnR exuberance like Stereophonics. <3
Happenin' tune.  One could grow addicted.  But it sounds so ... '80s
I always thought this song said, "You made me feel like a worm".
Great track, lots of energy with an infectious beat

I have to agree with you. It's a great song - and the live performance really takes it up a notch.
RIP Stuart Cable
This is one of them perfect songs to listen to when you need some speed and energy early in the morning - this, and "Ray of Light" by Madonna.

Don'cha think?

Very cool album cover.
try driving slow while listening to this song.....
It made me feel like the one!

When I heard this years ago in Switzerland driving home from work through the hills with the windows down, I just had to crank it up...
sounds like a 'harder' version of Snow Patrol.

edit: Although on the plus side, by the end I was hearing Phil Collins's Against All Odds in my head...which I preferred.

Well I will tell you where you are going, mate. It is to Sucko-BarfoLand.
At 8:08am I'm enjoying this. Thanks for waking me up!
Over-the-top raveup's are just plain cool. I'd be late for the meeting if I drove up with this on the box.
There are 70's, 80's, 90's and 00's. I guess that will become a 00 - only?
Fantastic track - no more to say
Reminds me of recent Foo Fighters material
haha, yeah, I wouldn't turn the radio off in the car if this came on, it's easy to listen to
It's not bad, I agree. Kinda reminds me of high school... I think that's a good thing (but not really sure!).
Eh, it's not bad.
ok.... NEXT!
This type of song has been done so many timezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz! Sorry I dozed off!
Great tune, fantastic album. This isn't even my favorite track. "Brother", "Superman" and "Lolita" and especially "Devil" are amazing too.

I'm tired of hearing about what a great voice bono has. . . it's a given. find something else to cream yourself about . . . and for sure find a new singer to compare every other male singer to. blah!

I thought this was Interpol until it turned into every other band playing these daze.

Had to stop working to say...love this song. Do have to say the beginning does sound a bit alike Interpol's PDA.

this song just cries out, "flippin' belt me out!" (i.e. sing me loud)

As stated below, I agree, they're in the same vague genre as some other newer bands (death cab, interpol) but they have something these other bands dont, and that is they don't sound bored with their own music. Ooooh, take THAT death cab.
I hear what you're saying about Death Cab, but must disagree about Interpol. Interpol's disaffectedness is part of the sound, and in my opinion, it all comes together quite gloriously. I don't see a connection between Stereophonics and Interpol...but I do like this song. Sorry for the incoherence.
Great sound. Great music. I enjoy it a lot
