I met Martha Wainwright and her mom while vacationing in Tulum, Mexico years ago. I wasn't sure who they were at first, they gathered around the campfire with guitars with a few friends at the resort we were staying at.. Martha laid a nice kiss on me at the end of of the night.. unexpected and still a fond memory. Sweet voice and sweeter lips!

This is quite nice. But, being a (U.S.) Georgian, we have a ridiculously high bar for the harmonizing stuff (think Mike Mills to Mikey Stipe). So it's just rather... nice.

Martha Wainwrights' voice makes this piece work remarkably well. There is something special about the blend of her voice in the mix. I recognize the voice from the few songs I have heard, but this is a different sound. I approve.

Huh, Loudon III is a very cool musician, but he's not really gone anyplace - he's still pissed about his biggest hit being a song about a dead skunk - but his kids sure got all his talent, all of Mom's, and then some.

This song is really growing on me. Everytime its on I have to check and make sure I rated it. I think Snow Patrol will be much more accepted by "adults" once all the Greys Anatomy stuff fades a little.

Hardly a teen band. Check out their lyrics and music from the last 2 releases-- lots of adult subject matter and they really tell a story, for instance about addicts and recovery and many other subjects, or just write with lyricism and poetry about relationships, and the music is diverse in its pop influences and directions. These guys are seriously talented and for real, and will come out with something that will open a lot of eyes in the years to come.
