I walk in the room and the men stop to talk and to breathe
Women start to pinch them and rail against me seriously
But it's not my fault, I do nothing forbidden at all
But they stand in line, try to snatch a glance
Oh no, I'm not that kind of girl, not with me!
They love how I lean my head on my hands and sip my drink
How I throw my head back, run my fingers through my hair
But I don't do it on purpose, I behave decently
They throw themselves down to my feet want to kiss them
Oh no, what a waste of time, not with me!
I drink too much gin but don't pay a cent for it, no!
I secretly struggle against it but then accept it
I don't want to fleece someone, but allow them their pleasure
But if they expect something for it they blunder
Oh no, take a hike, not with me!

Gotta love the use of a theremin in a song, not easy to get away with..I think the first time I heard that instrument was on My Favorite Martian..lol.. Cracking song, great band, groovy beat, innovative music, thanks again RP. You guys are legends! I am one of your proud Aussie ambassadors flying the flag down under. Long live Radio Paradise!!
Is that Nicole Kidman and Donald Trump on the album cover?!?
hot!

Absolutely. Good bless Kirsty.
Reminds me a bit of Kirsty MacColl's "In These Shoes?"

Can agree with you ,

Kittyharker

on this and many  other tunes .

Going to up my rating +1 for the moniker

-  Kitty the Bill
I keep hearing Kirsty McColl singing 'What in These shoes?'  This is not a bad thing

Funny, here I am in the office on a sunny February afternoon (rare here in central Germany), cup of afternoon coffee, last few tasks of the day before me, and this is the perfect song!
Please allow me to introduce myself...

Oh wait it's not that song
The more I hear this tune, the more I like it!!  Thank You RP!

That's a nice way of putting it!  I totally agree.

Unfortunately, Monday afternoons in an office are often not conducive to a whole lot of things, other than making origami boulders.

I was thinking Caro Emerald.
I am thinking about uploading one or two more songs from Jojo Effect, because they are good chill-out songs.

Not bad, it reminds me a little of Kirsty Maccoll
