Nice song .....but so compressed. The mix has no dynamic range. I thought the " Loudness Wars " were over. Too bad.

Damn, wish I could rate this an 11! Saw them on their current tour in Seattle. Opening band sucked, like everyone (literally over half the audience) just hung out in the lobby… but then the Crowes hit the stage. And any concerns i had about them “phoning it in” or not “having it anymore” evaporated. Missed Steve Gorman on the drums but the rest of the band was on point! I think most
orig members. The women doing harmony/backing vocals were awesome (way better than the singers they had for the Shake Your Money Maker 30th anniversary tour). Rich was a joy to watch and Chris was the typical strutting showman one would expect. Such a joy to see this straight ahead blues based rock and roll band that carried that torch in the 90s still going strong!

What a powerful song! Lots of fun jamming and the kind of soulful ROCK that they won me with back in the early 90s... And hey, be sure to also check out "Cross Your Fingers" from this great new album. Starts out slow, then rips the top right off with wild, crunchy guitar, heart-rending lyrics, and passionate vocals.

It's good but it sounds like bits of 5 Black Crowes tunes. Can't name any of them, but I hear it in the melody.  At least they are consistent!

We were astoundingly lucky to get 2 free tickets to the Black Crowes' iHeart radio album announcement session, broadcast live from Burbank, CA on February 6, 2024.  Awesome and MORE AWESOME.  

Besides this song -- the only one from the upcoming album, Happiness Bastards, that's been released to date -- they played the album's opening track, Bedside Manner(? something like that).

Mixed in were several of their other songs and a couple short interviews.  Great to see the brothers getting along and making music!  (Don't forget to check out their EP 1972 from a couple years back, with covers of six classic songs from that year.)
