Quiet light
Pushing too far, it's all gone
Mom's asleep
Dad's not home, it's what's wrong
And I'll go outside
Looking at the moon way too long
And I'll go outside
Looking at the moon way too long
What's best for you and me
What's best for you and me is all wrong
What's best for you and me
What's best for you and me is all wrong
Quiet light
Pushing too far, it's all gone
Mom's asleep
Dad's not home, it's what's wrong
And I'll go outside
Looking at the moon way too long
And I'll go outside
Looking at the moon way too long
What's best for you and me
What's best for you and me is all wrong
What's best for you and me
What's best for you and me is all wrong

What's best for you and me is all wrong

Do my speakers just not have the range to deal with this without a subwoofer or is the reverb really weird on this track?

Might be some harmonic interference in your speakers. As stated by someone else - on my Sony headphones it sounds fine, but I checked on my perfectly adequate (but a bit long in the tooth) Bose 501 speakers and they couldn't deal well either and it sounded like farting.
pretty chilled, you could say like a black ice cream

Might be your speakers.  It sounds really great in my headphones

I'm no musician, by any stretch of the imagination but, dunno what speakers you're pushing but, the reverb, like the album cover, is a bit funky! Not a very lengthy or, "in depth" song but, it's interesting to listen to!

Great chill easy-going groove - easy "7".
