Every busboy, cigarette girl
Dental hygienist or backpacking teen
Newspaper seller and the nightclub MC
You're everything, you're all I can see
The bones in your body, the blood in your veins
Your hasty decisions and behavioural chains
Replaced all the cells, but still something remained
But I'm losing you, sorry, what are you saying?
'Cause I've got eyes that can see inside
I've got eyes that can see inside
I can see right through your disguise
I know you've got nothing, nothing to hide

And especialy NO if you are tired and driving late at night.
Reminds me of The Normal, "TVOD" or "Warm Leatherette"

Agreed. The first time I heard it, I may have been expecting too much. On the second listen, I was like "Hey, I know this song" (and not in a bad way).
It’s trippy to be ‘nostalgic’ about new music?!
It doesn't have to ALWAYS be serious.
Me likey!

What a TURD of a tune.
You’re way better than this junk.
👎🏼👎🏼

I mean, come on. It is very clearly not, and not meant to be, everyone's cup of tea. LCD Soundsystem "junk" though, lol, sure👍

Nope. I suppose, knowing who it is, that I'm not hip enough if I say I don't like it. But when it came on in the car I waited and waited and then finally "oh come ON William, this is horrible."

I love it, but I also love this comment.
Song is very tongue in cheek - I like it.

Hmm.  They can't all be great.  It'll grow on me...maybe.  A little Grace Jones, meets Devo, meets the Normal (Warm Leatherette).

The Normal! Forgot about them. Thanks for the reminder. Ithink I have that vinyl around here somewhere...
They still have cigarette girls these days?
Listening on my Sennheiser hd58x headphones via iFi zen dac. This track was made for the quality stream from Radio Paradise. Sounds great!

I'm a fan of LCD Soundsystem but this one is not grabbing me immediately.  The whistling parts are a bit too grating to me particularly.  Will give it a few more listens.  As always, thanks to RP for continuing to share new music with us.
Wow. This really sucks.
70s/80s new wave flashback…
not too sure about this one. maybe it will grow on me.

Second listen -hmm, maybe not as bad as the 4 I first gave it since I didn't PSD. It's grating though.
Really enjoying this - reminds me of what we used to dance to in college.
