Lovely to hear the Carly Simon-like voice. Wikipedia says it's a cross between "echo" and "ova". Indeed it might be. Also, it's "world fusion". Fine with me.
Bill — I believe it's pronounced in three quick, even syllables as ee-ko-va — none of which has emphasis.  Of course, I ain't no frickin linguist, so...

Still — interesting stuff.  I have to like a band that can put together good music with a made-up language, African rhythms, eastern leanings and western sensibilities. Sounds like artists at work!
Yay.  This is the first time I have added a rating and watched the thing change.  I dropped it to a 4.9.  Happy with that result.
Are they singing about tiramisu?

Funny how often people get that wrong. The good news for this song is that you only need the fingers on one hand to count your rating. Funny to see you live in England, Ohio. I lived lots of years in the Buckeye State before moving to England in the UK.

Love the driving beat on this one. I\'m a sucker for the voices on the track as well.
I\'m with AC. I find it interesting at the very least. Precussive! Different anyway. Gave it a 7 just to boost it a little ;) but it\'s about a 5 for me.
