Hey you Jojo,
Yeah I know your name.
I thought I saw you,
Jump a Utah train,
But I could not say,
I could not say.

Heard you tried to
Keep your hat on a shelf.
Married a woman,
Went off and loved someone else.
It could be as well,
I cannot tell
Oh, no I cannot tell.

Hey you Jojo,
Don't you forget your name.
They might try to keep you,
From the man you have been.
So don't go that way,
Don't go that way.

The story I heard,
Is that people are bored,
And the measures you take,
To wrestle with your Lord.
All the money you take,
All the memories you spill,
Will He measure your time,
Will He measure your will,
Oh now.

One of these mornings,
Will be the loudest you hear.
You'll write your story on firecracker paper,
And disappear.

The story I heard,
Is that people are bored,
And the measures you take,
To wrestle with your Lord.
Are the measures you fake,
Whether you're dead or just still,
Will He measure your time,
Will He measure your will,
Oh now.

One of these mornings,
We'll be, We'll be.
One of these mornings,
We'll be, We'll be home.

Ah, but which one?

(For the record, I live on the 'real' one on the south-west coast of the UK, and I can assure you that the lot across the pond know nothing, I say NOTHING, about being weird!)

Ok, go Portland and Portland and Portland for that matter. Just go easy on the whisky (& whiskey)!

Damn, I hate getting work calls when a good song comes on!  Luckily, there are always more to come.

Agreed, more work calls will always come.
If this song is their indicative of their albums, I’m buying them up! Very very nice, cruisey, relaxed, and peppy too !! 10/10

Sounds like the late great Bill Morrissey.
Nice on a beautiful FL sunrise.
this song and vocalist have an Ari Picker vibe to it to me, sounds like him too

This band is such a gem, every song on this album is awesome.  Great sound, great vibe, the wife and I often fall asleep to this ... and it's a good chance our daughter was conceived to this album.  TMI?

Yes and yes.

Did you name her Jojo?

Kaiser's suggested in a freaky funny excellent way! I can not wait to buy the album{#Bananajumprope}
I love this band so much! have been an admirer since I first heard them in 2008; Israel's voice had me from the start. I've traveled near and far to see them play and have talked to them a couple of times - they're not only great musicians, they're truly nice people.
I was thinking it sounded like The Kooks

How would you guys possibly think this is Modest Mouse?  I hear almost no resemblance at all, especially in the vocals.  Like it or not, Isaac Brock has one of the most immediately identifiable voices in rock music.
