I'm feeling younger, wild and free
Somethings got a hold on me
Bold and bright I'm in a new place
If you wanna feel like me
Don't you wanna feel like me
Stretch Out
Stretch Out
Ain't no use of letting it weigh you down
Stretch Out
Strength to believe the things I can't see
Faith in the blind that's leading me
Peace and pursuit of true happiness
Don't you wanna be free
Don't you wanna be free
Stretch Out
Stretch Out
Ain't no use of letting it weigh you down
Stretch Out

Ahh you gotta stretch out

A few more stanzas would have been worth the effort instead just going into repeat mode.
This one just streched out on my chart... started at 7, moved to 8 a while ago and now up to 9. I love the vibe and soal in the vocals and the space/distance on the drum kit. Great tune.
So far it's a 7.
I'm intrigued!

great tune to hear while stretching 🙆♀️
Love this! Yes!
Stretch Out, you don't wanna pull a hammy.
Classic blues soul. Very nice :)

GIFs of kittens stretching, playing, chasing their tails are the most soul calming, warming section of the internet...

The opening of the song sounds like late 60s Motown. Really nice.
Also, that animated GIF of the kitten stretching totally wins the comment section.

Don't mind if I do. Lots of feel in this one. Insta-8.

old school 70s gritty goodness
Really digging these two.
I like.
Mmmm ... something really lovely about this. Strarted this at 7 the first time I heard it. Happily moving to 8 this time. For me, qualifying for 8 or higher enters the realm of "I'd like to listen to this on regular rotation with the rest of my favorite songs" vs the 7 of "I like this a lot, but don't need to necessarily hear it again this week".
Just love the energy (lead and backing vocals).

The crisp opening drum rolls caught my ear and I'm taking a break from work to listen and enjoy!
Oh my, there are alot of really good new retro songs out there. Perhaps it is now luckier for artists to be able to choose a sound than it was to be born early enough to be trail blazers.
