Lyrics:

Give me tears, give me love
Let me rest Lord above
Send the bored your restless
The feedback scarred devotionless

You're all a part of me now
And if I fall
You're all a part of me now
In the sun
You're all a part of me now
You're all a part of me now

Will our love ever be enough?
Just in time to prove
Will our words ever be enough?
Just in time to lose

Give me sight and barren breast
Pure snow and happiness
Give me time, give me peace
And I will prove my release

You're all a part of me now
And if I fall
You're all a part of me now
Trapped in the sun
You're all a part of me now
You're all a part of me now

Will our love ever be enough?
Just in time to prove
Will our time ever be enough?
Will our love ever be enough?

You're all a part of me now
And if I fall
You're all a part of me now
In the sun
You're all a part of me now
You're all a part of me now

You're all a part of me now
And if I fall
You're all a part of me now
In the sun
You're all a part of me now

Will our love ever be enough?
Will our love ever be enough?
Will our love ever be enough?
Just in time to prove
Needs to have his 'singing' license revoked....
Says Billy to himself, "Gee, my voice is frickin' terrible. If Bob Dylan and Neil Young can do it, dammit, so can I!"
Smart guy. gotta give a 7.

The music is good but the vocals are so bad on this song that we had to switch over to Groove Salad for 10 minutes until we were confident it was over. Gish seems to be the only album where he was trying to sing well.

Couldn't agree more. Stephen Lynch completely nailed it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wYu-85fvEYc {#Roflol}

The Pumpkins poetic ebbing flowing music makes up for a lot of terrible voice. As an experiment, I'm doing my best to filter out Corgan, and the sound is quite engaging. I'd pod this track without him.

You're the type that would remove Lou Reeds voice from the Velvets, David Bowie's voice from any Bowie track, Iggy Pop's voice from any Stooges track and Lenny Cohens voice from his songs.

These aren't clssical singing voices by any manner of means but it gives their songs a unique sound.

Lord above, Billy Corgan has a terrible voice.

I could handle the vocals, if they didn't follow a thud and drone formula. Egads...every song is so predictable.
Lord above, Billy Corgan has a terrible voice.
Awful noise.

Whoops didn't read your comment , sorry to mimic
Like all things in life,,, the Pumpkins are an acquired taste. To me, have always loved the layers of music, lyrics, and the vocals.
But hey, they aren't for everyone. so be it. This song makes me happy

Chainsaw voice... PSD for me!
Not my first choice for an obscure Pumpkins tune, but nice to hear it again!

Ooooooh...is this bad.

Thud and drone at it's worst. Boring, Monotonic, whiny vocals, muted instruments, souless.

And it won't stop!

More depth than any Oasis song ever.  As layered and attention grabbing as many tracks on the Cure's Disintegration, Not sure what your complaint is here.

Neil Young's vocals are as whiny, btw.
I like it!
