Tu me estas dando mala vida
Yo pronto me voy a escapar
Gitana mia por lo menos date cuenta
Gitana mia por favor
Tu no me dejas ni respirar
Tu me estas dando mala vida
Cada dia se la traga mi corazon
Dime tu porque te trato yo tan bien
Cuando tu me hablas como a on cabron
Gitana mia!
Mi corazoncito esta sufriendo
Gitana mia por for
Sufriendo malnutricion
Tu me estas dando mala vida
Cada dia se la traga mi corazon!
Yo pronto me voy a escapar
Gitana mia por lo menos date cuenta
Gitana mia por favor
Tu no me dejas ni respirar
Tu me estas dando mala vida
Cada dia se la traga mi corazon
Dime tu porque te trato yo tan bien
Cuando tu me hablas como a on cabron
Gitana mia!
Mi corazoncito esta sufriendo
Gitana mia por for
Sufriendo malnutricion
Tu me estas dando mala vida
Cada dia se la traga mi corazon!

Hit the SKIP BUTTON! ...PROBLEM SOLVED! I think it is a GREAT TUNE!! Thanx RP!
I was in a nice, mellow groove, and then this blasted into my speakers, ruining everything. NOT liking it.

Is Dallas a "right location" for knowing a smattering of beginner's Spanish?
Anyway, the answer to your question is "sí".
BTW—is this song "bad life" and the band "black hand"? Thought I'd ask someone in the right location....

Joder, menudas fiestas me he pegado yo con esta canción de Don Manu Chau y su banda...Que tiempos de juventud!!!!
I was falling asleep and now I am awake!
Fun song. Really enjoy that horn chorus!

GREAT analogy!!
La Mano, great vibes from worldwide... like RP actually !
What is it with this everything-in-the-same-bag tendency some people have with songs in spanish?

Matter of personal taste, my friend. Personally I don't taste it.
going south will make this band suck less.............
Sounds a little like the Alarm... on another planet.
I don't know if that's a good or a bad comparison, but I'm digging it.

At first (before I could make out the words) I thought we were listening to a long lost recording of Les Negresses Vertes while Helno was still around.

Carlos Santana si.
Mano Negra no.
Manu Chao when he was in a good band, before he became a CRAP artist of meaningless lyrics and melodies.
Too bad...

I agree. My workday needs pep. I prefer that to office coffee.

No me gusta.
What a way to kill the morning....
I've been drinking and this song still sucks. One of the worst I've ever heard on RP.

As far as "vida" songs go, I'd just as soon have Ricky Martin as this. Ya heard one "Vida" song, ya heard 'em all, I sez'.
Funny, I was just going to say, ya met one Steven, ya met them all.
Viva la Mano Negra!
i love this band

Beyond horrible. And no, I am not going to tune in to another station, and yes the song is indeed very irritating, and it is sad to hear it on RP.

Yecch. Please no more of this stuff. If I wanted Mexican or Spanish, we have several radio channels in my area, and they must be on the Web too. Especially irritating is the background cheering.
If you don't like it you just have to listen another channel ;)
BTW Mano Negra are french, they're not spanish nor southamerican and they're singing in spanish(music is universal).
I'm spanish and I like english music, swedish music and so on.
Barcelona,Spain
cada dia se lo traga mi corazon!!!!!!! aguantee mano negra carajo!

Pobrecito... qué pena me das
Mano Negra was a French band.
Pff, if you don't like it, tune in to some 60s Oldies channel =)

I forget exactly where offhand, but there's a thread where I've started a list of genres to exclude, and you may wish to join my drive for exclusion, which of course is what being eclectic is really all about. (Some of these knuckleheads have gone and got the notion it means to include a bunch of unwanted stuff.) Properly guided, and with some assumed extrapolation, I bet we could get that list long enough to have nothing but good music on RP -- even if it did mean a few hours of dead air from time to time.

If you didn't want "Mexican or Spanish", you would choose not to listen to RP.
I'm sure there's a "no Mexican and no Spanish and no horn-playing" station out there for you.

This one might not be my favorite, but that statement is kind of ignorant. Why don't we also get rid of that black music and redneck music? They have their own stations too.

This reminds me of Les Negresses Vertes sort of ...
opening sounds like 'nimrod's son' by the pixies
had my hopes up there
Okay for the first twenty-three minutes. . . .
Always good to liven things up.
Dreck. Busy dreck.
who needs caffeine in the morning when you can listen to this, instead? fun!

I really like this song, but I've either heard a better live version or I like Manu Chao's version better
Mano Negra spawned Manu Chao.
The best album from these guys is Casa Babylon, just a wild trip through latin punk

No tamales in the Old Country. Clash on tapas perhaps...
Ugh! No thank you!

There is a little Strummerness about the vocal.

World music, punk, rock, R&B, ska, salsa, He's got it all, almost like RP! More Mano Negra and Manu Chau please.
Fun song. Really enjoy that horn chorus!
Me too! Thanx RP!
