Too long til fall. Sick summer in bed.
You and a lazy mood.
10 times the fall. Spread, sacked, and I've failed.
Nobody Move.

To far (long) to fall. Sat shiver in bed.
You and a test of will.
Too many fallen, Too many failed.
Nobody Move.

Days with the light off, freezing.
You and I. Uneasy. Livid.

STOP ITS TOO LATE
IM FEELING FRUSTRATED
I SEE NO SIGN OF FORTRESS.
(Repeat x3)

Safe as a cootie wootie with you.
Never pretend the chill.
Too many shadows, Too many sails.
Nobody Move.

Summer is only winter with you.
How can you really feel?
2 of another. None of a pair.
Nobody Move.

Another delay. Too many hassles,
Where do we go? How do we follow?

The chorus ruins it for me.

 Yep - similar to "Don't you evah" by Spoon !

Great sound and melody......solid bass as well!!  {#Motor}

(By the way, check out the video - cool visuals!!)
One of my fav bands. Thanks for playing!
Tasty!
2004? Why am I just hearing this now? Very tasty!
catchy...timeless...I'm feeling less frustrated
Earworm set.
I was dealing with outdoor cats and a couple of indoor cats, and I came back into the house, walked down the hallway and heard this song, and immediately started moving to the beat. Never heard it before, but it made me dance. {#Dancingbanana_2}

More Pinback please!!!!
Coolest song! Want more songs like this!

My son turned me onto this band a few years ago. Oddly now, I know someone who is messing around on drums w/them. Very nice indeed.
got to have this!
Excellent {#Clap}
Some day (hopefully a long way off) Bill will retire rich, happy and healthy - you know, when this Listener Supported Radio thing really pays off.

And when that day comes the net will be a darker, emptier place.

I have been turned on to as much new and undiscovered music by RP as I was in my teens and twenties back in the 70s and early 80s (back when MTV was the RP of it's day - long before MTV Undressed).
Methinks Spoon were listening to this when they recorded "Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga" (is that enough Gas?) .  Sounds good, in any case.

Wow, another big THANKS to RP for turning me on to these guys from Tangie Town...heard 'em yesterday (Japan time) and did some looking and came up with most of their works...when I heard them at close range, I thought they sounded kinda like Jane's Addiction hijacks the dudes from Air and they meet up and jam out big with the Secret Machines... They pepper everything with the baddest wandering little sneaky hits of this freaky but perfect bass that moves from ska-like to funky jabs and throw it in there laid down with some of the coolest key-grooves and slickest, tightest on-tune and harmonizing vocals ever...and the shockingly good and satisfyingly punchy drum-work ain't bad, either!

Now that's the kind of enthusiasm I like to see!

I love Pinback ... but there are so many better representations that this song.
Pinback fan here.  I've played this a lot & still like it.  Nice groove & fine vocals.
First time I've heard this and totally diggin' it!
excellent
Saw these guys in Newport KY last year and really enjoyed the show. Good song from a very interesting band. Also check out their song "Penelope"
Ummmm.. What's a cootie wootie? "Safe as a cootie wootie with you" Somewhat catchy tune, but not quite there for me....
Awesome stuff from a terrific band.
