I know you know me and you always will
Like a man with no wisdom and a soul with no king, a soul with no king, hmm
I know you feel me, your heart unfulfilled
Like a world with no mother and a home never built
But if this is what you want
Why speak of right and wrong?
You still go in for the kill
You speak of the devil
Like he's not your friend
When the world starts to burn
Give the water to men
(Call my name)
Call my name
Nothing will ever change, no guilt, no shame
Call out my name when you need me again
Nothing will ever change, no guilt, no shame
Call out my name when you need me again
If you know who I am, why won't you call my name?
If you know who I am, why won't you call my name?
If you know who I am, why won't you call my name?

I definitely hear the Afro-Celt influence. And the further it goes the more the Celt dominates the Afro. This is very interesting.
This song at first hits me in the ear like something from Afro-Celt Sound System, and that's way cool, but I must say, by the end, she weaves me into an evocative, inspiring, hauntingly unique dream...

The question is:
is it reinterpreted or just stolen
Fleetwood Mac's Big Love definitely in there. I am a big fan oft good artists reinterpreting other great artist's songs.

I like the song but at first I though it was a copy of The Mac's Looking Out For Love!!
Said it before saying it again.
Kate Bush is back, and her name is Aurora. All hail our new new queen.

yet ANOTHER exposure to music & a musician I’ve never heard. Thank you RP! 🙏❤️💕
She played Glastonbury this year (2024). I'm afraid her weak vocals showed up how heavily produced this album is.
Not digging the fiddle on this. It doesn't seem to mesh well on the song (to me anyway). Looking forward to hearing more off the new album.
Excellent!

Thought provoking lyrics. Good groove and vocals
I've looked up to see who the artist is several times recently to find it's Aurora. Great stuff.
It sounds a bit like a mashup of several songs. I can't put my finger on which ones.
Anyhow, I like it

Musically, possibly. Lyrically, no way. I'm not casting shade on Aurora's words, but she's no Kate Bush.
